About Us: Values At Sunlight, we recognise that both our culture and the values we share play an important role in developing our business and in how we work with our customers. We have recognised four core values which help to guide us, and which are being communicated to all our employees. We are: Caring Caring covers both our people, and the way in which we interact with our customers and society more widely. As a company, we take care of our employees and of our customers, ensuring that our staff work in a safe environment, receive the best support and training that we can provide, and that our customers receive a service of which we can be proud and which helps them to succeed in their own businesses. We also care about the environment and about the society in which we live, and we have policies in place covering, for example, our environmental impact, and banning the potential use of child labour in our overseas suppliers.

Agile Although we are a large company, we pride ourselves in being flexible and not bound by policies and rules. We recognise that in order to meet our customers’ needs, we need to react quickly and to seek innovative solutions to the new challenges that our customers face. Therefore, our second core value is agility. Reliable A cornerstone of our business is that we are reliable. Our customers depend on us to service them on time and with the correct products; this is not only critical for healthcare providers, on whom we all in turn depend, but for all our customers, who need our products in order that their own businesses can operate successfully. Efficient Our efficiency is essential if we are to control our costs and continue to provide cost effective services to our customers. In production, we do not want to waste resources, and we want to make the best use of those we have. In our internal systems and processes, simplicity is a constant aim, so that both we and our customers can operate our services with the minimum of effort. And we aim to be efficient in dealing with our customers, so that their valuable time is free to concentrate on running their own organisations.
